- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with olive oil, ensuring they're evenly coated.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they're not overcrowded.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the beans are tender-crisp and starting to brown at the edges.
- While the beans are roasting, mix the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Remove the beans from the oven and immediately toss them with the garlic-Parmesan mixture and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
Choose fresh beans for best results, don't overcrowd the baking sheet, and add garlic after roasting to prevent burning. Best served immediately but can be stored for up to 3 days and reheated in oven to maintain crispiness.
