Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare the fruits: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut strawberries, watermelon, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes and leave blueberries whole.
  2. Combine in bowl: Gently mix all the prepared fruits in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Be careful not to crush the softer fruits.
  3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey and fresh lime juice until well combined. The honey should dissolve completely into the lime juice.
  4. Toss and serve: Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat all pieces evenly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits, toss apples/bananas with extra lime juice to prevent browning, prepare fruits and dressing separately up to 2 hours in advance but combine right before serving, best consumed immediately but can refrigerate up to 24 hours
