  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly around the edges and the cheese is golden brown on top.
  5. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
